The main works of the Secretariat are designing and issuing school merchandises, making decorations for school functions and acting as a channel between the Student Association and the students' organizations of other schools. During large functions such as Speech Day, Talent Quest Final and Inter-school Athletics Meet, we will make banners or back drop for the functions.
To issue a merchandise, our members are
in charge of the whole process�from the preliminary design stage to sales
management. Every year we issue a variety of products for the students
to order. Up to February 1998, we have issued the following products:
